The ImpedanCELL platform is available to any professional user (academic and industrial) who needs to monitor the dynamics of cellular behavior in real-time, including high-throughput requirements. It is open to collaborations and partnerships both local, national and international.
For all requests for analysis, please download and complete the enclosed project file "request for access" and send it by email to the
two scientific managers of the platform (c.denoyelle@baclesse.unicancer.fr and stephane.pronost@laboratoire-labeo.fr) for their review.
After studying your request, they will contact you to discuss the feasibility of your project and the experimental conditions and the context in which you want your request to be supported (collaboration or service).
An initial response is given within a week of the request submission, possibly accompanied by a request for additional information generally made during a meeting with the users.
Once it is clear that the platform is able to meet the needs of the scientific research theme, the project is initiated as quickly as possible. New users will have to download, complete and sign the charter and the internal rules of the platform and transmit these documents to managers of the platform before the beginning of the experiments.
The processing time of your samples will be mutually agreed based on the desired analyzes, the number of samples and the activity of the platform.

By car :
On the ring, take the Exit n° 5 and follow the le direction sign « CHU Côte de Nacre », then « Centre François Baclesse » (see map below).
Car Park
The entrance to the car park is located on avenue Général Harris, opposite the "Citroën" car dealership.
The Research Building of Comprehensive Cancer Center F. Baclesse (a two-storey white and black building) is located at the back of the Cancer Center, between it and the CHU (facing pediatric emergencies). Its main entrance faces the CHU. The BioTICLA laboratory of the Inserm Unit U1086 ANTICIPE, which hosts the ImpedanCELL platform, is localised on the first two levels of the building. A doorbell is located to the left of the entrance door (BioTICLA), and the ImpedanCELL platform is located on the ground floor.
Visitors can also come to the reception of the Cancer Center and ask the hostess to inform the laboratory of their arrival.
